Cornelia Lawson has been a member of BRICK since 2010 and also a research fellow of the Science, Technology and Society Priority Group, University of Nottingham since 2013. She was awarded a PhD in Economics from City University, London, in January, 2011 with a thesis on university-industry collaboration. Before joining Nottingham she worked at the University of Turin on a large scale European Research Framework project (SISOB, 2011-2013). Her main research interest is the Economics of Science and Innovation and most of her work focuses on the empirical analysis of recent developments in science policy and their effects on individual research performance. She focuses specifically on the analysis of science-industry links and university technology transfer, as well as researcher mobility.
